MINIMUMS
$150 minimum opening order, $125 minimum reorder.
Minimum 6 per design for single cards, boxed sets, stickers, and tea towels.
PAYMENT
We accept payment via major credit cards through the website. Please contact us if you’d prefer to pay via check or PayPal.
TURN AROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 days. Due to the hectic nature of the holidays, shipping may increase to one week. Let us know if you need your order sooner and we’ll do the best we can to make that happen.
SHIPPING
Unless separately agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We ship the majority of our orders via USPS, unless otherwise requested. We are happy to expedite your shipping or use your shipping account number; we require that you send us an email before placing your order.
BACK ORDERS
If a product is on back order, will let you know as soon as we can. The rest of your order will ship unless otherwise directed. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship free of charge. We will invoice you for the back ordered items at time of shipment.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. We ask that all damages be reported within 5 days of receipt of order and returned unused in its original packaging. Shipping is non-refundable.
PRODUCT & PACKAGING
We request that all products be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets are enclosed in a clear box and may not be broken up. Greeting cards sold wholesale are enclosed in a cello sleeve.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR CARDS?
All Junebug Ink greeting cards are A2 size (4.25" x 5.5"), a timeless standard in fine stationery—perfectly proportioned for both gifting and display.
DO YOUR CARDS INCLUDE ENVELOPES?
Yes. Each card is paired with a beautifully coordinated, premium envelope, thoughtfully selected to complement the design.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to feel confident in every Junebug Ink purchase.
We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Sale items are final sale
Refunds are issued minus original shipping costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
To ensure timely delivery, orders are processed promptly. As a result, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. We encourage you to review your selections carefully before checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, selected at our discretion to ensure reliable delivery.
While we strive for a seamless experience, Junebug Ink is not responsible for delays due to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Weather or carrier-related disruptions
Customs processing or international carrier transfers
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Tracking is included with:
USPS First Class package service
USPS Priority Mail
UPS Ground
For smaller orders (1–3 greeting cards or stickers), items may ship via USPS First Class Mail in a stamped envelope without tracking, allowing us to keep shipping costs accessible.
If you prefer tracking, we invite you to select an upgraded shipping option at checkout.
WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED?
While orders ship within 1–2 business days, delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We offer expedited shipping options for your convenience:
USPS Priority Mail: typically 2–3 business days
USPS Express Mail: typically 1–2 business days

Yes, Junebug Ink ships worldwide.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
We are unable to refund or reship orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees. All international orders are final sale.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
Photographs of the item(s)
The shipping label
The packaging
We kindly ask that you retain all packaging materials until your replacement or resolution is complete.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR MISSING?
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk
Visit your local post office for assistance
Contact us with your name and order number
Lost or stolen packages must be reported within 5 days of the marked delivery date.

Once an international shipment is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient
